• Payment information — payments made online are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay) on their secure systems. We receive a confirmation of payment; we do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
• Website usage — basic analytics such as pages visited and device type, used to improve the website.

2. How we use your information

• To provide consultations, treatments and follow-up care.
• To schedule, confirm and remind you about appointments.
• To process payments, issue receipts and maintain accounts as required by law.
• To respond to your enquiries on phone, WhatsApp, email or Instagram.
• To send you information about your treatment plan or aftercare.

• We never sell your personal or health information.
• We never share your clinical photographs or records publicly without your explicit, written consent.
• We never send you marketing messages if you ask us to stop.

Your health records are treated as confidential medical information, accessible only to the treating doctor and clinic staff involved in your care, in line with medical ethics and the regulations applicable to registered medical practitioners in India.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration or loss. Records are retained for the periods required by applicable law and clinical good practice.

6. Sharing with third parties

We share information only where needed to serve you — for example with our payment gateway to process a payment, with a laboratory for investigations you consent to, or where disclosure is required by law.

7. Your rights
