Shipping and Exchange Policy

The Derm Edit is a dermatology clinic. What you purchase from us is primarily a professional service — consultations, procedures and treatment plans — rather than goods that are shipped. This page explains how our services and products reach you.

1. Delivery of services

• In-clinic services — consultations, procedures and treatment sessions are delivered in person at our clinic in Anna Nagar West Extension / Mogappair, Chennai, at your scheduled appointment time.
• Tele-dermatology — video consultations are delivered online at the scheduled time. A link or call is shared with you on your registered phone number or email before the consultation.
• Prescriptions — where appropriate, a prescription is shared with you at the clinic or digitally after a tele-consultation, in line with telemedicine guidelines.

2. Skincare products

• Dermatologist-recommended skincare products, where dispensed, are handed over at the clinic at the time of your visit. We do not ship products by courier at present.
• Please check your products at the time of collection.

3. Exchange

• A product that is unopened, unused and in its original packaging may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase against the original receipt.
• A product found to be damaged or defective at the time of collection is replaced immediately.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be exchanged, except where there is a manufacturing defect.
